Virtual Immigration Psychological Evaluations with a Bilingual Clinical Social Worker – Serving NC, SC, GA, FL, and TX
7-Day Turnaround | Expedited Options Available | Licensed in SC, NC, GA, FL, TX
I provide comprehensive immigration psychological evaluations for VAWA, U Visa, T Visa, hardship waivers, asylum, and related humanitarian matters. Evaluations are completed within 7 days of the clinical interview. Expedited reports are available when needed.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and LISW-CP, I conduct comprehensive immigration psychological evaluations for individuals pursuing VAWA petitions, U-Visa and T-Visa applications, asylum cases, extreme hardship waivers, and related immigration matters. These evaluations include structured clinical interviews, psychological assessment measures when appropriate, and detailed written reports prepared for submission to USCIS or immigration court.
Why do I need an Evaluation?

Immigration evaluations are essential in many legal cases involving hardship, trauma, or abuse. A well-documented psychosocial assessment can clarify the emotional, psychological, and functional impact of your experiences. These clinical evaluations often strengthen immigration cases and help USCIS reviewers understand your lived reality in a clear, structured way.

Types of Immigration Evaluations I Provide

-
U Visa Evaluations (victims of qualifying crimes)
-
VAWA Evaluations (survivors of domestic violence)
-
Hardship Waiver Evaluations (I-601, I-601A)
-
T Visa Evaluations (victims of human trafficking)
-
Spousal Support Letters (I-130 petitions)

Why a Quality Immigration Evaluation Matters

The immigration process is already overwhelming—but for individuals who have survived trauma, domestic violence, abuse, or extreme hardship, it can be emotionally exhausting and retraumatizing.

An immigration evaluation is your opportunity to have your story told in a way that is both clinically sound and deeply human. When done thoughtfully, these evaluations give immigration officers a clear, honest picture of what you've endured—and why it matters.

My goal is to provide more than just paperwork. I help clients communicate the emotional truth of their experience through a structured, compassionate lens that supports their legal case and their personal healing.
My Approach

I approach every evaluation with deep respect for your story, using a trauma-informed and culturally aware lens. The process includes a comprehensive telehealth interview and, when needed, a follow-up session to clarify complex areas. Each report is carefully written and can be revised upon request to meet legal or attorney-specific needs.
