IMMIGRATION EVALUATION PRACTICE SYSTEMS

You learned how to conduct
immigration evaluations.

But who taught you how to build the practice around them?

You may know how to do the clinical work and still feel like you're building the process around it one case at a time.

The evaluations are getting done.

But the system behind them isn't making your work any easier.

WHAT IF THE SYSTEM WERE ALREADY THERE?

You know how to do the clinical work.
Now give your practice a system.

Immigration Evaluation Practice Systems brings the operational pieces of the work together—from attorney referral and client onboarding through case management, report delivery, revisions, and case closing.

The system around the work.

THE EVALUATION IS ONLY ONE PART OF THE WORK.

One referral can set off a surprising number of moving pieces.

An attorney email. A new client. Payment. Consent forms. Documents. Scheduling. Follow-up. The interview. Case notes. Report production. Delivery. Revisions.

And then another referral comes in while the first case is still moving.

The clinical work may be familiar. The practice around it can still feel scattered.
Your brain shouldn't have to be the case-management system.

I DIDN'T START WITH A SYSTEM EITHER.

When I began doing immigration evaluations, most of my attention was on the clinical work and the report itself. I learned, sought feedback, worked with attorneys, and continued strengthening the evaluations I provided.

But the more evaluations I completed, the more I realized the report wasn't the only thing I needed to figure out.

I needed clearer ways to handle scheduling and payment. I needed forms and communication scripts. I needed a way to track cases and deadlines. I needed procedures for follow-up, attorney communication, report delivery, and revisions.

And I had to learn how to build relationships with attorney offices so they knew who I was and how I worked.

The system wasn't created all at once.

Each time the work showed me a gap, I built something to address it. A form. A script. A policy. A tracker. A workflow.

One problem at a time, the pieces became a system.

WHAT'S INSIDE THE SYSTEM

Seven connected systems. One practice workflow.

Each system addresses a different part of the work surrounding the clinical evaluation—from the first attorney referral through final delivery and case closing.

SYSTEM 01
Attorney & Paralegal Referral System

Organize outreach, referral communication, and the first steps when a new case comes in.

SYSTEM 02
Client Onboarding System

Create a clear process for payment, consent, authorization, scheduling, and getting the client started.

SYSTEM 03
Pre-Evaluation & Document Collection System

Keep documents, preparation, and pre-interview communication organized before the evaluation.

SYSTEM 04
Evaluation Interview System

Bring structure to the administrative workflow surrounding the evaluation interview.

SYSTEM 05
Case & Evaluation Tracking System

See where each case stands, what has been completed, and what still needs your attention.

SYSTEM 06
Report Production Workflow

Organize the steps that move a case from completed interview through report production.

SYSTEM 07

Attorney Delivery, Revisions & Case-Closing System

Manage delivery, revision requests, follow-up, and the final steps that close the case.

HAVING A SYSTEM DOESN'T MAKE
EVERY CASE PREDICTABLE.

But your process doesn't have to be unpredictable
just because the cases are.

LESS RECREATING
Start with resources you can review and adapt instead of rebuilding the administrative pieces case by case.

MORE CLARITY
See where the work stands and what needs your attention next instead of relying on memory.

MORE SPACE
Spend less time figuring out the administrative side and more time on the clinical work and professional relationships that need you.

WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET

Not just 42 resources.
A system for how the pieces work together.

The resources are organized across the seven systems so you can review them, adapt them to your practice, and use them as part of a connected workflow.

EDITABLE RESOURCES • FILLABLE PDFs • EXCEL TRACKER • COMMUNICATION TEMPLATES

YOU'RE NOT LEFT TO FIGURE OUT WHERE TO START.

MEET JOSET

This system was built inside a real
immigration evaluation practice
.

I'm Joset Rosado, LISW-CP/S, LCSW, a bilingual English/Spanish clinical social worker and owner of Corazón Wellness & Coaching.

I've been a therapist since 1998 and have spent more than a decade conducting immigration evaluations. Over the years, this work became a significant part of my practice—and the systems I needed grew right alongside it.

I didn't create these resources because I sat down one day and thought, “What digital product can I make?”

They came from doing the work.

I know what it's like to know the clinical work and still have to figure out everything that surrounds it.

IS THIS SYSTEM FOR YOU?

You don't have to be brand new
to need a better system.

This was designed for clinicians at two different points in their immigration evaluation work.

YOU'RE ALREADY DOING THE WORK

You're conducting immigration evaluations, but parts of the practice still live in separate forms, emails, documents, spreadsheets—or in your head.

You don't need to start over. You need a clearer way to organize what you're already doing.

YOU'RE READY TO BEGIN

You've completed the appropriate training and are prepared to provide immigration evaluations—but now you're asking, “How do I actually build this into my practice?”

You need the practice infrastructure that surrounds the clinical work.

WHAT THIS IS NOT

This is not training on how to conduct immigration evaluations. It does not provide sample reports, prewritten diagnoses, legal conclusions, or clinical opinions.

This product begins where that training often ends: with the practice you're trying to build around the clinical work.

WHAT ARE YOU REALLY PAYING FOR?

The files weren't the hardest part.
The hardest part was learning which files needed to exist.

You could absolutely build your own system. I did. The forms, scripts, trackers, policies, and workflows came from years of learning what the work required beyond the clinical evaluation itself.

The documents are simply where that experience now lives.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU DECIDE?

A few things you may be wondering before choosing a license.

I've already spent money on immigration evaluation training.

How do I know I'm not just buying one more thing?

I understand that hesitation. This isn't more education about how to conduct the evaluation. It's the practice infrastructure around the work—the forms, workflows, communication tools, tracking, and processes that clinical training often doesn't provide.

It won't guarantee referrals or business results. But it does mean you don't have to begin the practice side with a blank page.

Will this teach me how to get immigration evaluation referrals?

No. The system includes an Attorney & Paralegal Referral System to help organize outreach and referral communication, but it does not promise or provide a guaranteed referral pipeline.

The goal is to give you a professional process for the relationship-building work you choose to do.

Can I customize the resources for my own practice?

Yes. Editable resources are intended to be reviewed and adapted to your services, policies, jurisdiction, professional judgment, and practice needs. You don't need to make your practice look like mine.

Do I have to use every resource exactly as it's provided?
No. Actually, I don't want you to.

The collection gives you a framework. Review what fits, adapt what needs adapting, and integrate the resources into the way you practice.

Are all 42 resources available in Spanish?
No. Spanish versions are included selectively for client-facing resources where appropriate. The complete collection is not fully bilingual.

Does this include sample immigration evaluation reports?
No. The system does not provide sample reports, prewritten diagnoses, legal conclusions, or clinical opinions. It is designed to support the practice and workflow surrounding your clinical work—not replace your professional judgment.

What if I already have forms, scripts, or a tracking system?
That's expected. You don't need to throw away what already works.

The value of the collection is having a connected framework you can compare with your existing process, fill gaps where needed, and adapt to strengthen the system you already have.

Does purchasing the system guarantee referrals, income, or acceptance of my evaluations?
No. And I wouldn't trust a product that promised you that.

Your clinical work, professional relationships, marketing, judgment, and compliance remain your responsibility. The system provides practice infrastructure—not a guarantee of referrals, income, efficiency, immigration outcomes, or acceptance of a report.

READY TO GIVE YOUR PRACTICE A SYSTEM?

You already did the work to learn
how to conduct the evaluation.

Knowing how to conduct the evaluation and knowing how to build the practice around it are two very different things.

You don't need my practice.
You need a system that helps you build yours.

Immigration Evaluation Practice Systems
7 connected systems • 42 professional resources • Referral through case closing

Built from practice. Designed for yours.

You bring the clinical expertise.
I'll give you the system I wish I'd had when I was building mine.
