Goodbye Spring, Hello Summer!

The older I get, the more I appreciate living seasonally. Whether that's through the activities I choose, the meals I prepare, or the priorities I focus on, I feel more like I'm floating down the river instead of fighting against the current. Plus, it makes those first strawberries of the season so much more appetizing when I haven't been disappointed with them all winter.

School is out now, and we are on the cusp of a new season. Here are some questions to help you move through this transition and experience summer more intentionally. Feel free to journal if you prefer, or just think about them as you go about your day if that works better for you.

- What is your favorite memory from this spring?

- What are three summer activities that bring you joy? How can you make sure you get to experience those this year?

- What is something you will miss about spring and something you're not looking forward to about summer?

- Though people usually associate Seasonal Affective Disorder with the winter, some people experience symptoms of depression in the summer. Does the season have an effect on your mood?
