Course Agreement for

"Writing Effective Immigration Evaluations for Clients"

This Course Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Corazon Wellness and Coaching ("Instructor," "Company," "We," or "Us") and the individual enrolling in the course ("Student," "Participant," or "You").

​

By enrolling in the course "Writing Effective Immigration Evaluations for Clients" (the "Course"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

​

1. Course Access

Upon successful enrollment and payment, the Student will be granted access to the Course materials, which may include instructional modules, downloadable templates, scripts, and other educational resources.

​

Unless otherwise stated, Course access is provided as lifetime access to the current version of the Course.

​

Access to the Course is granted to the individual registered participant only and may not be shared, transferred, or distributed to any other individual.

Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access the Course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of Course access.

​

2. Payment Terms

Participants may enroll in the Course by selecting either a full payment option or an available payment plan.

​

Full Payment

Participants may purchase the Course through a one-time payment at the price listed at the time of enrollment.

​

Payment Plan

Participants who select a payment plan agree to the scheduled installment payments as outlined at checkout.

​

The first payment will be charged immediately upon enrollment. Remaining payments will be processed automatically according to the selected payment schedule.

​

Failure to complete required payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of Course access until the outstanding balance is resolved.

Participants remain responsible for completing the full payment obligation regardless of Course participation or completion.

​

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Course and immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are final.

​

Once payment has been processed and Course access has been granted, no refunds will be issued.

​

If participants experience technical difficulties accessing the Course platform, they should contact support so that reasonable efforts can be made to resolve the issue.

 

4. Course Content and Intellectual Property

All Course materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Corazon Wellness and Coaching and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Videos and recorded instructional materials

  • Written modules and educational frameworks

  • Templates and documentation examples

  • Scripts and downloadable resources

  • Course structure and training methods

​

Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their personal professional development.

​

Participants may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publish Course materials

  • Share course login credentials

  • Upload materials to online platforms or shared repositories

  • Sell or license Course materials or templates

  • Republish Course materials as their own work

​

Unauthorized use of Course materials may result in termination of Course access and possible legal action.

​

5. No Teaching or Replication of Course Content

Participants may use the knowledge and materials gained from this Course for their own professional development and clinical work.

​

However, participants may not reproduce, teach, distribute, license, or incorporate the Course materials or instructional frameworks into any training program, supervision program, workshop, educational product, or course without prior written permission from Corazon Wellness and Coaching.

​

This includes but is not limited to:

• Teaching the course content in whole or in part
• Replicating course modules or training structures
• Using course templates or scripts within other paid trainings
• Creating derivative educational materials based on the Course

​

6. Educational Purpose and Professional Responsibility

This Course is intended for educational purposes only.

​

The Course provides instruction related to the preparation of psychological immigration evaluations, but does not provide legal advice, legal consultation, or immigration representation.

​

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their professional work complies with:

  • Their professional licensing board requirements

  • Ethical standards within their profession

  • Applicable immigration laws and regulations

  • Expectations of attorneys or courts in their jurisdiction

​

Completion of this Course does not guarantee acceptance of evaluations by attorneys, courts, or immigration authorities.

​

7. Certification and Representation

Participation in this Course does not grant certification, licensure, or credentialing authority.

​

Participants may not represent themselves as certified, endorsed, or formally trained by Corazon Wellness and Coaching unless explicitly authorized in writing.

Completion of the Course should not be represented as a professional certification.

 

8. Confidentiality and Ethical Use of Case Examples

The Course may include generalized case examples, documentation examples, or illustrative scenarios for educational purposes.

​

Participants agree to use these materials responsibly and in accordance with professional ethical standards.

​

Participants must ensure that their own professional documentation protects client confidentiality and complies with applicable privacy laws and ethical guidelines.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Corazon Wellness and Coaching makes every effort to provide accurate and valuable educational content.

​

However, the Company makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or professional success resulting from participation in the Course.

​

Participants agree that Corazon Wellness and Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or application of Course materials.

 

10. Course Termination

Corazon Wellness and Coaching reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Course if a participant:

  • Violates these terms

  • Shares Course materials or login access

  • Engages in unethical or fraudulent conduct related to Course participation

 

If Course access is terminated for violation of these terms, no refund will be issued.

 

11. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Participants agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card company without first contacting Corazon Wellness and Coaching to attempt resolution.

​

If a chargeback is initiated after Course access has been granted, the Company reserves the right to:

• Immediately revoke Course access
• Provide documentation of the participant's agreement to these terms to the payment processor
• Pursue recovery of outstanding payments if applicable

 

12. Agreement and Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the "Writing Effective Immigration Evaluations for Clients" Course, you confirm that:

• You have read and understand this Course Agreement
• You agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the Course
• You understand that the Course is an educational product and all sales are final
• You understand that Course materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property law
• You agree not to share or distribute Course materials

Your enrollment and payment constitute acceptance of this Agreement.
