Do you offer weekly therapy?

Weekly sessions are available but limited.  This is why I offer Intensives because they provide deeper therapeutic breakthroughs and more effective results than traditional therapy. They help you feel better faster and in a shorter amount of time.

Are sessions in person or online?

I offer both options! Sessions can be in person in South Carolina or online for anyone nationwide. Many people prefer the convenience of meeting online from the comfort of their own home, while others value the in-person connection. It all depends on your comfort level and what works best for you.

What are your hours?

Intensives are offered on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and are typically scheduled 1-3 months in advance.  Regular office hours are Monday-Wednesday, 8am-5pm.

How often do we meet for Intensive Sessions?

I work with an Intensive model, featuring longer sessions and fewer appointments. This approach enables us to explore issues more deeply, allowing you to experience faster and more significant improvement.

Option #1: Therapeutic Coaching Intensives

Intensives are a powerful way to jump-start the healing process. You can book 3 consecutive days of therapy (3 hours each day). This is perfect for anyone ready for a breakthrough. Visit the Intensives Page for more details.

Option #2: Monthly Therapeutic Coaching Intensive

Sessions are 3 hours once a month. Some clients decide to meet with another therapist for support with day-to-day stress so we can focus entirely on deeper healing.

Option #3: Quarterly Therapeutic Coaching Intensive

Sessions are 3 hours once a quarter (every 3 months). Some clients decide to meet with another therapist for support with day-to-day stress so we can focus entirely on intensive work.

Do you accept insurance?

No, I do not accept insurance. All of my services are private pay, with payment options including credit card, FSA, or HSA. I am happy to provide the necessary paperwork (SuperBill) for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement of a portion of the session fee.

 

Please note that not all insurance plans offer reimbursement for out-of-network providers, and some plans may have a deductible or an allowable amount. I recommend calling the customer service number on the back of your card to speak with a representative for details about your specific plan.

What is your cancellation policy?

Intensive Cancellation Policy:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to Day 1 of the Intensive. By booking the Intensive, you are reserving this time exclusively for you. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 2 weeks prior to Day 1 to avoid further charges. If you cancel within 2 weeks of Day 1, you will be charged the full amount of the Intensive Package.

Individual/Couple Cancelation Policy:

At the time of your initial appointment and during the completion of authorizing documentation, your credit card is kept on file for all current and future payments for services.  Appointments missed or canceled 24 hours or less of the scheduled day and time are charged at the full session rate.
